Zach Meloy and Graham House are making your dream a reality. The two chefs have paired up to create a six course tasting menu (half Better Half recipes, half 4th & Swift recipes) for what we're calling the "Chef Swap."
Twenty-five lucky guests can dine at Better Half on Tuesday, March 22nd at 6:30 p.m. or at 4th & Swift on Thursday, March 29th at 6:30 p.m.
Yellow grit crisp, black bean, ceviche de platano verde (ZM)
Perfect potato, trout bottarga, dill, mascarpone (GH)
(BH) lemon potato mil hojas, roasted oyster mushroom, porcini veloute, manchego
(4th) whole grilled fennel, seaweed butter, chili lime cashew, cara cara orange
(BH) poached shrimp, frog leg ragout, alligator croquta de arroz, fermented green tomato
(4th) bavette steak, hang dried persimmon, fermented beet, bone marrow espuma, smoked beef sauce
(BH) sopapilla, whipped chevre, pumpkin marmalade
(4th) dark chocolate pot de creme, sunchoke ice cream, wild rice strussel, whipped maple
